Use of the tools

HandyTools provides general-purpose utilities for convenience. We work to keep tools available and results useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every output will be suitable for a particular purpose. Verify important results independently.

No professional advice

Calculations and information provided by these tools are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, engineering, or other expert advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate for your needs.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use any files, images, text, or other material you process. Do not use the site to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy, distribute malware, interfere with services, or break applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

Third-party services

Some pages may link to or interact with third-party services. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. HandyTools does not control third-party services.

Usage limits and HandyTools Pro

Visitors who are not signed in can use the tools a limited number of times each day, and free accounts have a higher daily limit. HandyTools Pro is an optional paid subscription that removes the daily limit. Pro is billed through PayPal as a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment goes wrong, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it. We may change prices or plans in future; changes apply to renewals after we tell you.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or removed to maintain the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when doing so.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HandyTools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
